What we collect and why
Contact form
When you send the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, phone number if given, the options you select and your message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage our work together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as our processor. We keep enquiries for up to two years unless a client relationship follows.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and for our records.
Analytics
We do not currently use analytics or set any cookies.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., records standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the site. These are kept for a short period.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, who process it on our instructions, and where the law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact form. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
